Sonja Engler yoga-stille (St. Gallen)

Sonja Engler Yoga has accompanied me since 2004. I was particularly influenced by Gabriela Bernet's teaching in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya / TKV Desikachar. In the fall of 2018, I completed my four-year training as a yoga teacher YCH (Yoga Switzerland) at the Sarvanga Yoga School in Wettingen. During the training I was taught and wonderfully accompanied by Doris Günter and Pascal Rohner. Currently I am attending a continuing education course with Claudia Guggenbühl on "Yoga from the perspective of Spiral Dynamics" and a multi-year meditation course with Brigitte Feige. Yoga gives me the opportunity to take a break from everyday life and to pause.

I grew up in Appenzellerland and live in St. Gallen. I work as an environmental engineer in the Rhine Valley and am often out in summer mapping butterflies on the hills of eastern Switzerland.
