About me As a child, my inner invisible friends accompanied me. I let them stop me when I grew up. A long journey of anticipation, searching, questioning and finding began again.

In 1986, when yoga was not yet in vogue and associated with brainwashing, I attended my first yoga classes as a young woman with the Indian yoga teacher Selvarajan Yesudian in Zurich and Ticino. It took courage.

My experience was positive. Yoga had touched me deeply and brought me home, changing it fundamentally. Since then I am grateful, loving and inquiring in life.

After the profound yoga basics from Selvarajan Yesudian and Elisabeth Haich, training and deepening followed with Fr. Oswald Basel, Patrick Tomatis Paris, Anand Nayak in Switzerland and India and others.

At the same time the longing for this place of silence grew in me, to be at home through meditation. In 1999 I met the Buddhist monk Bhante Ananda from the Mahabodhi Monastery in Bangalore. I am still in contact with him today.
