I discovered mindfulness meditation in 2003 during an MBSR (Meditation Based on Stress Reduction) workshop as part of my continuing training as a psychologist. I discovered mindfulness meditation in 2003 during an MBSR (Meditation Based on Stress Reduction) workshop as part of my continuing training as a psychologist.

I practiced it intensively during my second pregnancy and felt the benefits. It's a tool that I also regularly suggest to my patients suffering from eating disorders, and I see the changes it brings about in them when they use it on a daily basis.

I'd like to be able to share this approach, which I've integrated into my daily life and which brings me greater calm and serenity. It's an approach that can be adapted to any moment of life, whether it's dealing with food, pregnancy or simply our daily lives. I look forward to sharing this practice with you.
