My name is Mila, I was born in Moscow and started dancing when I was 4 years old. I graduated as a dancer from the state academy of choreography. At the age of 18, I was introduced to the world of fitness and decided to expand my knowledge by majoring in exercise science in Moscow. Later I moved to Europe to learn more about new methods of teaching in the world of Fitness. With Pilates it was love at first sight, an intriguing blend of the elegance of dance and the intensity of training. In 2006 I attended the CovaTech Pilates school in Milan, obtaining the PMA international certification. Later I moved to Switzerland and worked in various gyms and sports centers as a teacher.
