DMC STUDIO (Lugano)

Established in 2012, DMC STUDIO has been a nonprofit association since 2014 and its main goal is to promote recreational and sports activities for the maintenance of mental and physical well-being. With our team of teachers, qualified in the disciplines offered and constantly updated, we want to awaken enthusiasm for regular and healthy sports, teaching young people in particular to harness their spontaneity, creativity and emotions. The Association also wants to give parents the opportunity to share their chosen activity with their children by organizing family events and offering specific parent-child lessons.

Our proposals focus on dance, conceived universally and for everyone: it requires skills in coordination, expression and creativity. Through group choreography presented in various demonstrations and the customary final performance, we want to give young people the opportunity to have positive experiences and increase their level of well-being. The group experience in the world of dance is a real "life gym": we learn to feel good and grow together, to encourage and support each other. DMC STUDIO is committed to ensuring that children and young people can experience sports in a healthy way and with mutual respect, involving them in the performance of activities.

The DMC STUDIO participates with the Besso Clean! Association, active in the Besso area for 10 years, in promoting sports for young and very young people and organizing events aimed at socialization. It also offers "Wellness" courses designed especially for adults who wish to devote a real "panacea" moment during the day.
