I grew up with 3 siblings in Lucerne. At the age of 7 I discovered my strong urge to move, which I was able to live out for six years as an artistic gymnast at BTV Lucerne. After that, my passion for dance developed and I initially enjoyed dancing as a hobby. After my commercial training, I felt more and more the urge to turn my passion into a job. During my dance training I realized that teaching meant a lot to me. This laid the foundation for my own dance school.

From 1996 to 2002, I ran my dance school as a full-time job. The classes offered ranged from ballet, modern jazz, funky jazz, modern dance to stretching and hip hop. I taught hobby classes, intensive classes and private lessons in the different styles. During this time I realized several dance projects, student performances and dance shows.
