Pilates differs from conventional training methods in that it concentrates and consciously strengthens and stretches the muscles of the trunk and extremities. I have been teaching the JH Pilates method full-time since 2004. I have had many years of in-depth training in Pilates, including receiving an internationally recognized diploma from STOTT PILATES (headquartered in Toronto, Canada). With my classes I want to help my students to become more aware of their body and to improve their posture, which also has an effect on the mental area!
