Spreng Consulting offers personal training with yoga, combining sustainable human resources services with new perspectives. Yoga lessons can also be booked separately.

Yoga is composed of three pillars: Physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. This combination leads us to our inner strength.

Yoga is suitable for women and men, regardless of age, mobility and life situation.
