To get involved in the new, until then still foreign and unknown yoga, also began with me with the famous first step. In the meantime, a natural attitude towards life and a way of life of joy has developed from this first step. As a yoga teacher with 21 years of experience, I am interested in consultations and practical exercises with a therapeutic approach, and ... in the much appreciated and valuable yoga retreats. In yoga we learn ingenious tools for a successful work-life balance - like with the yamas and niyamas, asanas, pranayamas, meditation, etc.

A heartfelt and infinite thank you to all the dear people - teachers or students - with whom I may share the fruits of yoga and thus the happiness and joy of life in the yoga classes, taster courses, workshops, yoga retreats.

If the word "thank you" would be the only prayer you ever say, it would be enough.
