Albohair Divya (Luzern)

Divya H. Albohair-Koch is from Lucerne. She started yoga with Selvarajan Yesudian in 1975. For 15 years she attended Yesudian classes in Zurich and Ponte Tresa. His style has left its mark on her. In 1979 Divya came in contact with Tai Ji in China. In 1989 she started practicing Tai Ji and Qi Gong and completed a two-year Tai Ji teacher training at the Sibler Tai Ji and Qi Gong School in Zurich. She has been teaching these disciplines since 1991 and has since attended advanced training courses with renowned masters such as Chungliang Al Huang, Toyo Kobayashi, Jian Zhang, Annette Kaiser, Monk Shaolin Shi Xinggui and Jian Guiyan. Divya successfully completed a two-year training with Qingshan Liu at the Munich Qi Gong Academy (MQA) in 2000 to become a qualified Qigong teacher for medical Qi Gong. For her it is important to teach the ancient Chinese art of Tai Ji and Qi Gong with its philosophical background.

MeditationDivya has been practicing meditation since 1974. During her development she has encountered many meditation practices from different traditions. She draws on this wealth of experience. A constant source of inspiration is its daily practice.
