Since childhood, I've been drawn to movement and the human body. I started artistic gymnastics at the age of 6, but after 5 years of practice a serious knee injury forced me to change direction. I chose shooting sports - 7 years of competition and Ukrainian junior champion in 1988 - which taught me concentration, self-control and perseverance. After graduating from the Ukrainian National University of Physical Culture and Sports, I opened my first aerobics and fitness gym. When I arrived in Switzerland, I continued my training as a trainer at FITS and also at the Geneva Institute with my diploma. I also took part in several master classes under the guidance of international masters such as: Kathy Corey, Michael King, Brett Howard, Alan Herrmann, Mary Bowen, Lolita San Miguel ...

My professional career has been marked by decisive encounters in my quest to teach the method as closely as possible to the philosophy of its founder, Joseph H. . I have benefited from the knowledge of excellent teachers: one of them, my professor of anatomy and biomechanics, challenged us in this way, in the introduction to one of his lectures: "There is a 'device' more complex and sophisticated than the human body. Is there another 'device' that can function continuously for a century or more? Is there another 'device' that can heal itself? Is there a "device" that combines physical, psychological and intellectual aspects?

In my work as an instructor for , I apply this question to bring due attention and respect to the formidable machine that is man's mental and physical body - two concepts that are inseparable from each other. The method integrates this global vision of the human being: "Controlology (a specific term of the method) is the complete coordination of body, mind and soul. One of the main results is to acquire mastery. Body." - says Joseph H. in his book "Return to Life through Controllology".
