My passion, my vocation

Even as a small child, I was fascinated by movement. Whenever I saw an opportunity to experiment with the mobility of my body, I took it. I danced in the meadows with my school friend, twirled around and loved to jump, stretch and reach as far as I could. At home, whether on the kitchen floor or on the wall in the living room, I was always finding new creations of body movement. So it happened that soon I went to gymnastics and there I moved my body for 9 years, although disciplined, but always with real pleasure. Later there were all kinds of movement that I tried. But what fascinated me the most was yoga. There I found myself again, I felt at home.

I have been practicing yoga for over 22 years and am always fascinated by new things. After 4 years of solid training, I received this diploma in 2006. Yoga Teacher YCH, completed. This long training period gave me a deep understanding of how body, mind and breathing work. It gives me a professional, stable foundation for my current work as a yoga teacher.

My interest in understanding people better has taken me to many different places to continue my training and deepen my understanding. A learning that never stops.

Yoga leads me into deeper and deeper layers of my BEING and therefore has much more to offer than the physical movements. Spiritual training, learning to examine my thoughts and become aware of the power they have in my life and in the lives of those around me, is a task I practice daily.

I have been teaching yoga since 2005 and have had many wonderful classes in it. My teaching is characterized by; with joy to experiment, with humor to fulfill the effort, to guide competently and always to give each participant his own freedom.

I am overjoyed that my vocation is now my job and I thank ALL participants who always inspire me.
