ABOUT THE YOGA STUDIO In the atmospheric Kammgarn area, our yoga studio is located right next to the Bürgler forest. Here I offer various ongoing yoga classes for groups, individual classes and coaching and yoga therapy sessions in a 1 : 1 setting.

YOGA FOR ALL is a Hatha Kundalini Mix, PREGNANCY YOGA or Prenatal Yoga, YOGA FOR RETURN or Pelvic Floor Yoga (Postnatal Yoga), YOGA WITH THE STOOL for mature people or people with appropriate limitations. In addition, there are always other special courses and themed workshops, often on traditional yoga topics or breathing or medical topics.

ABOUT ME I have completed a 3.5-year basic training, a 3.5-year additional training in yoga therapy, am a certified yoga teacher SYV (Swiss Yoga Federation) and EYU (European Yoga Union), certified yoga therapist and adult educator SVEB with professional certificate. I have been teaching various courses since 2008 without interruption - since 2015 my vocation became my main job.

I plan and lead all my yoga classes with great joy and care. Through the many years I have acquired a comprehensive and deep knowledge, which I share with you in my own very sensitive way. My yoga is generally very moving, varied and deeply effective.

ATMOSPHERE A relaxed, friendly and honest atmosphere is important to me and this is also what welcomes you in each of our groups. Everyone is allowed to be who they are. There is no comparing, no gawking, no commenting, no exposing. We all know that we are doing the yoga only for us and for our highest well-being.
