Yoga is my common thread in life. It accompanies me daily, leading me through stormy times and ceaselessly into calmer waters.

Through all the different types of yoga I have experienced, I teach very intuitively, depending on the participants, depending on the energy that prevails at the moment. I vary from therapeutic, flowing, highly sweaty to breath-based and meditative yoga.

I started with gentle, therapeutic Iyengar yoga. Which quickly gave me a wonderful body awareness.

From then on, I was magically drawn to all forms of Hatha Yoga. Of course, it took a few more years and a few more events in my life before I became more deeply involved with this very effective science of the body and consciousness. Meditation and philosophy opened my eyes and my heart and led me to new dimensions of being. I began - little by little - to understand and to comprehend.
