Yoga & Fitness (Liebefeld)

That's me, Brigitte Hirsig, movement educator, yoga teacher and trainer. For half of my adult life I have been involved in getting people moving and giving them the joy of movement. First as a swimming teacher (with my own swimming school), aquafit trainer, leader of the Nordic walking course.

Then I discovered yoga and ! I knew immediately: this is it! And the more I learned about these amazing methods, the clearer it became: I want to make this my profession!

Schools, institutes, diplomas: I did my training at the most renowned institutes in Germany: At HWS Basel, Polestar PilatesI did my training at the most renowned institutes in Germany: At HWS Basel, Polestar Pilates Cologne, Ayur Yoga Center Zurich and at BodyMindSpirit Zurich. All with a diploma, of course. So I am a diploma. Movement educator, Dipl.-Ing. Yoga teacher and accredited Pilates trainer. I say, if you appreciate it. This training was followed by numerous continuing education courses. To this day I take at least one course every year. In addition, there are about 20 years of practical experience - first as an employed trainer, since 2005 in my own yoga + fitness studio in Liebefeld. All with a diploma, of course.
