A mountain woman who loves water and adventure above all else, I discovered yoga several years ago through my passions. What started out as a practice designed to improve my performance in other sports became a real revelation and a passion! Yoga has taught me to calm down, breathe and take time for myself, away from the constant stress of everyday life. During my years of practice I've developed my body awareness, balance and breathing, while working on my general fitness and sheathing. I followed a yoga teacher training course in Chamonix specializing in yoga, which enabled me to deepen my knowledge of this practice which I love so much.

As a former swimmer and competitive triathlete, water is my element of choice. The idea of integrating yoga with this calm, soothing and rocking element is, in my opinion, a perfect match.
