Schwob Maria (Bulle)

My name is Maria Escolá Schwob, and I teach yoga and Pilates at Yoga.0 in Bulle (Fribourg).

I'm a very simple person, born in Spain (Zaragoza), where I began practising Hatha Yoga many years ago (at the end of the last century)... Always in search of interiorization, of finding myself better with myself.

I moved to Barcelona in 2005, where I learned Kundalini Yoga, then qualified in internationally recognized Prosperity Yoga (AYE) and also as a Japanese Usui Reiki Master-Teacher . I'm always on the lookout for well-being in everyday life.

Attracted by the connection with my feminine body, I trained in Prenatal Yoga (Dynamic Yoga) at the Mandiram International School in Barcelona and in Prenatal Yoga Flow, also in Barcelona.

Then, a children's yoga training with Gurudass, enabled me to reconnect with my inner child. I was accredited by Evelyne Frugier for the Pilates Matwork course at the Ecole Club Migros Neuchâtel. To delve deeper into the pathologies that many sufferers face, I qualified in Yoga Therapy (Expert Universitaire en Yoga Thérapeutique), thanks to a post-graduate degree at CEU (Cardenal Herrera University).

Now I share the experience of living in the present, from our SELF-REFERENCE, from our ESSENCE.
