Protective measures for the yoga classes

• If you have symptoms of illness or allergies with sneezing, please stay home
• If you belong to a risk group, please consider attending the class
• Max. 4 people in the checkroom keep a distance of 1.5 meters
• Please come already in the "yogatenue" if possible
• Unfortunately no hugs or handshakes
• Please clean your hands with disinfectant

Bring your own large cloth or blanket. - Go directly to your yoga mat as soon as you enter the room and stay on your mat until class begins

• Please leave the yoga room and dressing room immediately after class, observing the social distance of 1.5 meters (yellow mark).

. Safety devices are observed by the yoga schools. I ask all class participants to adhere to the requirements as well
