During the years of caring and supporting sick people, the desire to be preventive and holistic grew in me. I decided to study T raditional E uropean N ature Medicine.

Naturopathy is a very large field and I learned about many directions and therapies during my various trainings. I deliberately chose phytotherapy (western herbal medicine), aromatherapy, nutritional counseling, various manual therapies, PilatesCare and psychological coaching in addition to the well-known naturopathic treatments.

In this way I can offer in-depth knowledge of naturopathy and some therapies that can be very well integrated into TEN, together with a broad knowledge of conventional medicine as a basis.
