Working as a Cranio Sacral Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine therapist brings me great joy and enriches my life. During my training, I have gone through many of my own processes and learned to value a non-judgmental and open heart, as well as mindful and compassionate hands. I focus on these qualities in my work. The solution lies with the patient and I get to accompany and support them in their search. As a mother of three children, it is easy for me to empathize with children and the problems with children. My basic training includes:

After being active in various sports as a child (dance, athletics, swimming ...), I started teaching aerobics 25 years ago. Today I teach Pilates with conviction and support therapy with Qi Gong exercises or various meditation instructions.
