Gymnastics and relaxation Courses These courses are attended by older people who - no longer at the peak of fitness - want to maintain their mobility. The exercises are adapted to the physical possibilities or limitations and the needs of the participants. Balance, breathing and strength are trained. The natural impulses such as stretching, bending / stretching and yawning are stimulated: they are important functions of tension compensation and self-regulation

Individual lessons can be attended as an introduction to a later group or to follow a single topic.
