Lu Jong Yoga Tibétain (Vercorin)

was born in 1980 at the foot of a waterfall. Movement has always been the doorway, from rhythmic sports gymnastics to performance art, contemporary dance and Tibetan yoga.

She draws on her experience in therapeutic accompaniment with art and expression in child psychiatry and at home, as well as in the practice and teaching of movement methods linked to Tibetan Buddhist knowledge. She has been teaching privately since 2010, and also works for companies and organizations in Switzerland.
