I live in Cham with my husband and our two sons.

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years. For me it is a need to go the way inward to be able to experience life in depth. Meditation is therefore an important element in my Hatha Yoga practice.

Since I have been involved in the science of yoga, I have been inspired and guided by various teachers and styles of yoga that come from Hatha Yoga, such as Yin Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Anusara Yoga. As I continued to practice, my yoga style gradually evolved. I am interested in a yoga practice that evolves to meet our current needs. The priority should be well-being, health, and physical and mental strength. My yoga classes are an invitation to encounter one's own being in a mindful and loving way. Accompanying people on this path is a great drive, joy and fulfillment for me.
