ChiYoga is gentle, supple and powerful all at once, combining mental concentration and graceful body movements, always accompanied by conscious breathing (prānāyama).

ChiYoga is meditation in movement and helps to refine one's own perception, directing it inward to live more consciously in the here and now. Through ChiYoga classes, we aim to create a space that enables each and every one of us to deepen our own practice and understanding of yoga, ourselves and the world around us.

The term "Chi" (from traditional Chinese medicine) describes the energy that flows along the meridians (energy channels). In ChiYoga, the entire organism is harmonized and revitalized through the meridians, thus regaining its balance. Depending on the season, the focus is on different themes, elements, organs and meridians.
