With the Dance Gallery we want to give children, teenagers and adults a place where they can share their joy of dance, movement and music. The Dance Gallery, with its large, bright dance hall, should be a place where you feel comfortable, make new friends and leave your everyday life behind. Like in a gallery, where creativity knows no bounds, we offer you a wide range of possibilities. We want to encourage you to try out different styles so that you can find your own personal one.

Sarah, our yoga teacher, will guide you safely and precisely into the biomechanical and bioenergetic aspects of this ancient tradition. You will experience again and again how alive every cell of your body is, how deep and free your breath can flow. We work from our center, discover our own potential and personal freedom.

At the end of each lesson we offer you a tea. Your body will thank you!
