After the birth of my younger daughter I founded the Bougerie in 2008. As the daughter of a midwife, as a movement educator with many years of experience in leading courses on all aspects of childbirth (from 2000 to 2007 my mother Hanna and I ran postnatal courses together) and as a mother seeking a harmonious education balancing work and family (m) A step towards independence is obvious.

Now, with the Bougerie, I have offered a proven, comprehensive Exercise offer: in addition to courses on all aspects of childbirth, until 2008, there was a solid offer of exercises, gymnastics and dance from small to large and from the youngest to the elderly, the other cornerstones of the course offer. I got to know Qi Gong in 2014 - and the circle closed for me with the beginning of my search in movement at the age of 12 with karate, ballet, jazz dance and later modern dance and all my education and training. and so the Bougerie has developed into an exercise school for sports and life care, and the offer of courses for Qi Gong was created. and now i am very happy to continue to immerse myself in the world of inner arts and martial arts, so that in the future i can also teach taijiquan and one day weapon forms ...
