Body Harmony (Biasca)

Health and well-being are essential to cope with our already hectic and tiring lives; having a balance between mind and body means being harmonious.

You need to find space for yourself, to ease tensions and recharge your batteries.

Exercise is health.

The studio offers a warm and welcoming environment in which group classes can be held for Fitness Classes and the Pilates Method; for the latter there is also the possibility of individual or duet classes (by appointment).

The studio is equipped with small equipment for classes, two separate locker rooms with respective toilets and showers.

The courses are developed in packages of 12 classes, with fixed dates in a given period. Registration is required.

There is the possibility of a free class for each type of course, but always with pre-registration.
