Course regulations The following agreements apply to all courses at BELVITA Health Island: Started Entry into -courses is possible at any time by arrangement. Need:

• Free places are available and health suitability has been clarified.
• If you have any health problems, BELVITA recommends that your health suitability be clarified by a specialist. Complete introductory training Introductory training For an optimal start, we recommend an introductory course where you will learn the basics of the -method. In this way we can take you, your goals and your needs into account in the best possible way and include them in the group training. The beginner training costs CHF 45.00 and can be booked once.

Courses / Course content / Punctuality The courses can be attended in 3 and 6 month subscriptions as well as in yearly subscriptions. This way we can set specific goals during a subscription. It is recommended to attend the training sessions in this class as regularly as possible to achieve the goals and to have an optimal training structure for you. Come to the training a few minutes early so that you can calmly prepare for the training. The instructor can start the class on time and you will benefit from the systematic class structure. For hygienic reasons we always train in socks and have a towel with us, if needed you are welcome to bring a water bottle.
