As a child, I was initially fascinated by ballet, but to devote more time to my studies, I stopped this activity. I discovered my passion for fitness and aerobics through an acquaintance who had just returned from training in the United States. It's a passion I've never stopped, except for the birth of my children. Little by little, as I continued to train in this field, through the various classes I gave, I realized how much the posture of the participants spoke to me and challenged me.

Then it was my children's difficulties at school that led me to kinesiology, and I tried and tested different methods of help, until one day I pushed open the door of a kinesiology office.

The success of the treatments convinced me of the merits of this discipline, so I decided to take courses at the Jongny kinesiology school, where I completed a 3-year training course.

After graduating in 2008, I set up my own kinesiology practice, focusing on the brain reintegration method (one of the many branches of kinesiology). I'm constantly developing my knowledge through kinesiology research, continuing education and keeping abreast of advances in this constantly evolving field.
