My yoga path began in January 1986 with the basic training with Eleonore & Professor Heinz Dolibois in Bern. 2000 / 2001 further training with Margaretha Stühl. This gentle method according to T.K.V. Desikachar encouraged me on my yoga path. During 20 years Professor Anand Nayak influenced my meditation path with Sadhana meditation, according to Anthony de Mello. 1994-1996 Chakra and body work, meditation, chanting mantras, expressive dance and healing fasting, with the psychotherapist Erika Kundt in the Black Forest. Yoga/Meditation seminars I attended with: Madeleine Schneider, Peter Oswald, S. Ysudian, Eduard Fuchs, Brigitte Feige, Liselotte Stadtfeld, PatrickTomatis, Kali Ray, Shrikrishna, Kausthub Desikachar, Rolf Heim, R. Sriram, etc. The international yoga congress in Zinal where each time various renowned yoga teachers with an immense program can be found. It is a necessity for me to continuously attend further education courses, which is also warmly recommended by "Yoga Switzerland".
