Passionate about her profession, her approach combines rigor, dynamism and empathy for participants.

Eli began playing sports at the age of 4. As a teenager, she demonstrated her sprinting skills in national 100m and 4x100m athletics competitions.

However, it was dance that quickly took the lead, at a national conservatory. She successively studied classical, contemporary and modern jazz with renowned choreographers. In addition, she enjoys sailing, diving and mountaineering in the Alps, Andes and Himalayas. As a result of her sporting experiences, Eli became aware of the potential benefits of coaching. In 2003, she obtained her IFAS certificate with Manon Laplantewww.lepilatesloft.com and her FIFAS personal trainer diploma. Thanks to this, Eli has attended numerous training courses with innovative teachers in the field. Every season, she continues to take part in seminars in France and the USA, as well as working with sports doctors, physiotherapists and osteopaths. She harmoniously blends sporting eclecticism, paramedical sensitivity, Original Pilates technique and fluid choreography.
