Trained as a dancer in Zurich and London, Nadja Berger became a yoga teacher in 2005. Since then she teaches yoga with much joy at her dance school next to children's dance and modern dance.

Movement has accompanied me all my life. I was trained as a dancer in Zurich and London. Since then I have lived from dancing and through dancing, among other things with my own dance school. At some point I started looking for a complement and extension to dancing. Already after my first yoga class i knew that my search had an end: so from 2003 to 2007 i completed the training to become a certified yoga teacher ych/eyu at the tapas yoga school in kehrsatz. since then yoga has been my daily companion, my philosophy of life.

Yoga is a huge treasure. To experience this again and again, to deepen the experience and to pass it on is a great concern for me. I design my yoga classes to be invigorating and calm. I like both: to connect the asanas fluently and to hold them statically.

I teach in dialect.
