Sergueï Nikonov (Petit-Lancy)

The Russian method combines a deep understanding of music with physical and artistic expression.

Independent teacher: Russian-born choreographer and dance teacher Serguei Nikonov graduated in dance and choreography from the Bolshoi Teatr Academy in Moscow. A dancer, then soloist at the Bolshoi and with Igor Moiseyev, he became choreographer for several state companies (Rosconcert, Soyousconcert, Russia etc.). He also prepared music-hall numbers for Soviet theater and television.
Arriving in Geneva in 1992, he worked in several dance schools as a teacher and choreographer. In January 2001, he opened his own dance school, giving classes and preparing regular shows. All his classes reflect his love of dance, the culture of his origins and his passion.
