Bertogg Yvonne (Zürich)

The Yoga Circle was founded by Yvonne Bertogg and can celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2017 in Zurich Hottingen. The main idea is to teach high quality, careful and mindful yoga. Each participant is perceived with his physical condition and instructed accordingly.

All yoga teachers who teach at Yoga Circle have a sound yoga teacher training (see: my yoga teaching) and are members of the Swiss Yoga Association. They expand their knowledge every year through training or continuing education. The recognition by the health insurances means that the basic medical knowledge has been verified and the obligatory further education is carried out every year. The EMfit quality seal is a seal of approval and corresponds to a high standard. This shows that the course leaders and the courses offered meet these quality requirements.

As yoga teachers we are aware of our responsibility towards our course participants. To the best of our knowledge and belief, we are committed to promoting physical health and vitality and showing ways to improve well-being, balance and harmony.
